It is an undisputed fact that Beechwood Homes have been through some tumultuous times. This July 29 marked the 7 year anniversary of the current management taking over Beechwood. It is not our nature to dwell to past happenings, this is the opportunity to acknowledge that it has taken a lot of hard work and some patience, but we have re-emerged as a stronger, driven and more reliable building company across Sydney and NSW.
It is true that when we took control of Beechwood Homes back in 2008, we inherited a long list of issues to work through. It has been our solid commitment to our clients that has seen us honour existing contracts and strongly push ahead with new and exciting ventures.
In the 7 years since taking on Beechwood Homes, we have built over 3,500 affordable family homes. We have built 3,500 homes that families will relax in, enjoy their time together in, and will build their lives in.
Beechwood Homes have been instrumental in the development of not only metropolitan estates but also regional building centres in NSW. We have now expanded our building locations to areas such as the South Coast, the Central West, and as far North as Port Macquarie just to mention a few.
By making our family homes and services available to people in these regional areas, we are creating an opportunity for affordable housing and lifestyles for those who may not otherwise be able to get into the market. We are opening up Australia.
