Our Story

We understand that the building process can be complicated, and it is, but when you have been building homes for thousands of families for almost 40 years, it becomes second nature.

Our Vision, Mission and Values

Our Family

“Generations of Cavasinnis (pictured above) to continue Beechwood’s legacy for many years to come.”

Experience

We’ve been around for nearly 40 years, and in that time, we’ve nearly seen it all. We design and build Beechwood homes to stand the test of time, not just structurally, but also as living spaces for the families of today and tomorrow.

Value

You don’t survive for nearly 40 years unless you stand for something. One of our mantras is value. That’s why we’ve been fortunate enough to build the great Australian dream for thousands of families.

Flexibility

One of our other mantras is flexibility. As all families are so different, it makes sense that their homes should be different too. When building a home, you are bringing aspirations to life. We understand that it is your family home. If a detail is important to you, it is important to us.

Peace of Mind

Deciding to build a home is a big decision. We’re there with you and our aim is to provide peace of mind, whether through our structural guarantee, our transparent fixed pricing, our real-time Pulse customer portal or our no b/s approach. For us, the journey of building is just as important as the completed home.

Proudly Australian Family Owned

We are an Australian family, building family homes for Australian families. When you build with us, you become part of our family.

Award Winning

We are passionate about building new homes and our communities. We don’t build homes to win awards, but it’s nice when we do. To us, the ultimate accolade is feedback from one of our happy customers on a job well done or when a customer returns to build another Beechwood Home.

Our History

Beechwood Homes has long established its place in the Australian home building industry and is known for delivering stylish and modern family homes all across NSW. Beechwood has proudly been building spacious and affordable homes for Australians for nearly 40 years.

Since July 2008 Beechwood has been under the ownership of the Cavasinni Family. As the new owners of Beechwood, Vic Cavasinni honoured all building contracts that were left from the previous owners, tirelessly working to welcome families into their new, completed Beechwood homes.

The Cavasinni family brought their 30+ years experience in commercial, industrial and high-density residential construction, and has since overseen the transformation of Beechwood Homes as a project home builder - to the Beechwood Group of Companies today.

Since 2008, the new Beechwood has focused on designing and building homes that cater to the needs of a 21st-century family lifestyle. The combination of spaciousness, style and affordability of each home continues to prove popular statewide.

Vic Cavasinni, Managing Director, Beechwood, shares his vision for the company:

“At Beechwood we’re proud of our traditional values of building quality and affordable family homes while ensuring our designs meet the needs of modern, contemporary families.”

“At the time of taking ownership of Beechwood, a thorough review of the Beechwood brand was undertaken. This review illustrated that, quite simply,  "our family was building for your family"."

This thought was incorporated in our new tagline of ‘Beechwood. Your family home'. This theme was carried through to the new logo with its intrinsic curves and colours. These are symbolic of people and families, generations of people - Nanna, Granddad, Mum, Dad, brothers and sisters, your children - all gathering together to share life. To laugh, to cry, to discuss, to play, to love.

Vic Cavasinni best explains it, “I want generations of families to grow, live and love in the home we built for them.” Mr Cavasinni goes on to comment, “My family is the most important thing to me, and therefore my family building for your family is the most important thing we do.”
