To make the most of your visit to a Sydney display home, plan your visit in advance to make sure you are seeing the display homes that most suit you – single storey or double storey? How many bedrooms and bathrooms are ideal for your new home? What are some of the non negotiable features you want in your new home?
When you are in the display home, take your time to look around, envisage how your family would make use of the space. Stand in the kitchen – can you see the kids playing in the backyard? Do you need to? Is there a quiet study space for your home office or for your teenager to study?
