Earlier this year, Beechwood Homes were awarded Best Exhibition/Project Home between $250,000-$300,000 at the 2015 Master Builders’ Association of NSW Excellence in Housing Awards for the Asquith 36 floor plan and design.
The Asquith 36 is a home design that is celebrated for its aesthetics as well as floor space to total space ratio. A single storey floor plan, the Asquith 36 features four generous-sized bedrooms as well as three separate living spaces. A key feature of the Asquith 36 is the addition of a complete guest suite, complete with its own ensuite for visiting friends and family.

The Master Builders’ Association of NSW Excellence in Housing Awards is one of the state’s most prestigious residential building awards, celebrating excellence in workmanship, innovation and quality. Judges inspected each and every entry into the awards, visiting each home and reviewing them against a stringent set of guidelines and standards.
